The Early Years Conference opens on Saturday at 8.45am for registration and coffee, followed by an inspiring keynote from Alice Sharp, setting the direction for a day of professional dialogue, reflection, and practical exploration. This is followed by two engaging workshops designed to support high-quality Early Years practice across a range of contexts. After a buffet lunch, participants will choose from three further workshops before the day concludes with a keynote from Kate Beith. An optional evening of dinner and drinks will be held in the newly renovated 1619 Café, with dancing and a DJ.

On Sunday, the conference resumes at 9:00am with coffee, pastries, and further networking opportunities before a second keynote from Greg Botterill, building on the ideas and conversations from the previous day. Delegates will then have the opportunity to participate in two further workshops, allowing for deeper exploration and practical takeaways. After a buffet lunch, delegates will come together for a panel discussion moderated by Lara Small, Head of Early Years at Dulwich College Seoul, offering opportunities to explore key themes, share perspectives, and engage in meaningful discussion. The day concludes at 2:20pm, with time allocated for informal networking and professional connections with colleagues from across the region.
